Recording while using bluetooth headset.

Hi,
does anybody knows a trick how to enable two way voicerecording while using a Bluetooth headset? While using a bt headset, it’s only recording the other person, but not my voice.

How to enable contacts search in phone dial pad (Smart search). Now it is searching by numbers and not by alphabets. 4.3 ROM.
Is it required to edit any xml fine in seccontacts.apk ?
