rename your file to file. apn-conf.xml then pit it in the same directory?

@fenz4rt I made my way to my PC now to try and better assist you. First, rename the current apn-conf.xml to apn-conf.xml.bak (this way you can easily revert if need be) Then you will want to rename my apn file to the apn-conf.xml and paste it into that directory. (system>etc) Make sure the permissions are set to rw-r-r and then reboot your phone.

If the first apn file you downloaded does not work, delete it, and repeat the process using this one. This was pulled directly from a ROM and not backed up with APN Backup & Restore.

@Saafir Thank you so much! I really appreciated your help so far. Hope my 3g and 4glte will be back soon!

Still stuck in 1xRTT =(
Alright, try the second APN file. Do the same thing you did before but this time you can delete the one current one you pasted in there. After you reboot, toggle Airplane Mode. If this doesn't work I'm thinking you have a botched modem (or something within code) and you should try reflashing the stock .tar =\

@fenz4rt do you have your MSL to access the hidden menu by chance?

I do have my MSL!
Anyhow, I will need to continue it later because I have a meeting now. Again thank you so much for giving your time to help @Saafir!!

Do you know how to get AAA/AH key? People said they could get the 3g 4glte to work.

No problem man. That I am not sure of. I'll look around and see what I can find. Feel free to give me a shout when you have more free time. If I find anything promising I will send it your way.
@fenz4rt I Googled around a bit and found this but they're talking about an Optimus. http://androidforums.com/threads/how-to-get-the-aaa-password-off-a-optimus-v.602299/
I'm not familiar with this process so unfortunately you'll be on your own there. I would personally reflash NJ2. http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal.../stock-l710vpudnj2-pc-odin-flashable-t3007847 before making any rash changes on your device.
