That ROM mentionens it needs COC2 so I don't see the error in that, you have working wifi when using COC2 as mentioned in the ROM description, and you can't seem to get it working with newer modems.
I would say stay on COC2 since it's the one recomended by the ROM developer.

hello i have i9195 from Netherlands i live turkey . i have problem 3g 4g . i tried install so much different rom's but any rom not work normal . 3g or 4g little work normal after show 3 or 4g but connect with 2g and sometimes signal too lost. i tried install russia . Netherlands. germany. turkey and some different roms but any rom not help me . and this phone when connect internet very very warm or when talk with anybody 5 minute inside very warm it is normal? and how i can fix this 3g 4g problem. if only3g it is too fine for me. i tried with other sim card not change anything and i changed imei now have 4.4.2 version. now too i tried other rom I9195XXUCPA1_I9195PHNCPB1_I9195XXUCPA1_HOME.tar.md5 PHN-I9195XXUCPA1-20160128131822

It seems your phone is using extensive power in order to operate 3g/4g

According to TUR specifications, it is using

TURKEY
2G capabilities GSM 900, GSM 1800
3G capabilities UMTS 2100
4G capabilities LTE 1800, LTE 2600

And GT-I9195 should support those.

Have you tried the official BTU multi CSC ROM?

hello.
with spt box and z3 change imei . i tried some rom's too yesterday its
GT-I9195_I9195XXUCNK4_I9195YXXCNL1_4.4.2-SEE dark edition
PHN-I9195XXUCPA1-20160128131822
I9195XXUCPE1_I9195SFRCPE1_SFR now this rom have first 3g 4 g work very good after rom 5 minute later again not connect with 3 or 4g show h or g but connect with 2g.

im not sure i tried or not official BTU multi CSC ROM. this rom what different and if i will try imei can make problem?
and when connect with3g batterie losing very fast. and very warm. now phone is have I9195XXUCPE1_I9195SFRCPE1_SFR after when start problem i installed I9195XXUCPE1 modem file too but not help
now my phone is not have root. and imei changed phone

But why did you change the imei?
If you have 2g connection that should be fine.
