Modified NFC service to run while screen off / locked

Modified NFC service for Huawei (PRA-LX1)

Here is the patched stock NfcNci_45.apk to enable the usage even while the screen is locked/turned off.
I mainly use it to unlock the phone with a NFC ring.

Be aware that this invites security concerns.

Sadly doesn't work and just gets rid of NFC altogether...
