Moderators - This thread is not a rom however will be all about developing system modifications so I figured this is the best spot. If you feel otherwise than please feel free to move it to the correct forum.

Although everything posted below has been thoroughly tested, I take no responsibility as to what you do with your own device.
You flash, you own the results.

So I just had an epiphany. I was working on the new version of my Project Infinity Rom when I realized that I was building mods that are embedded into the system and does not give anybody a choice as to what they want. After I flashed the stock Tmobile odin image yesterday, I realized how incredible it felt to be on the stock solid base rom. With that said, I decided to instead of releasing versions of my rom, to just release all my mods as individual vrthemes or apps that should be able to be installed on any rom you choose. This is more or less a test to see how it goes but the goal would be to have a centralized directory of every,, single,, system modification for the Tmobile Lollipop firmware! Instead of downloading a huge rom and having to constantly update it etc, flash once.. download all the mods you want... flash and done! Welcome to build your own rom! It is a WIP but will be updating it within the next week or so with many more.

DEVS-
Free free to use whatever you want in anything you choose! Enjoy! Sharing is caring! Just give credit in op.
I also would just appreciate a pm to let me know so I can check it out but its not required
New Features

Custom TW Launcher and Festival Effects
Changes:
Slightly increased all overall speeds and animations
Enabled Launcher themes, access from system settings or launcher settings
6 themes added by default
Enables Festival Effects, access from system settings
2 Festival Effects themes added by default
Swipe left custom app chooser
Includes Festival Effects widgets and live wallpaper
As a bonus includes my heavily modified Project Infinity floating_features.xml, There are many other small things that will be unlocked throughout the device. Everything that was locked is now unlocked and everything that could be added has been added.
Known Bugs-
For some strange reason Tmobile removed the icon for themes and several others from the firmwares settings (? it was in the canadian and international variants, go Tmobile!) so it will show a white square. I will hunt down the resources and eventually update it in the next few days.

Great idea but won't you face possible issues with different mods making changes to the same file(s)?

Mod A changes something in SystemUI.apk
Mod B also changes something in SystemUI.apk but if these are independent of each other, wouldn't SystemUP.apk only show the settings from Mod B after Mod B has replaced the file?

I am not a dev so maybe I am off base here. Hopefully my thinking is flawed and this would work great. I love the idea for sure.

Well once I actually start modding more than I am going to be using VRtheming. That should allow me to make changes to only one xml or small inside of an app instead of replacing the app itself. There will still be a few issues though such as the notification shades layout is in 1 xml file. I am just going to try and release various iterations of it with different layouts. If anybody wants to help and post some then please post and I will add them to the op. We can really just make this one enormous database of all the mods that can be done on the phone. Just click and flash.

Swell idea...once you get to vrtheming this will be the perfect bacon on top of rapture goodness :)

Now I rarely make requests in threads like this...but you think or can you look into multidpi or that is not in your radar? App setting was the only xpose module I ever used...[emoji24] now..now it's gone!

Yes of course eventually. I think I'm going to work on system ui mods first but I will try to mess Around with multi dpi eventually. It's on the to do list.

Great work!! The only system mod that I truly miss from Xposed is the home key not waking up, to me that is just a huge battery drain for me in a wallet case, actually when developers cook that in a ROM it just makes me do a happy dance!

You can try this but I actually did this for canadian variant. It will most likely break some of the tmobile stuff or cause boot loops. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934555579

I will update it eventually. Just having a few issues with vrtheming like I planned to use so I may end up just releasing different versions of the apks. If anybody else knows how to mod system files than please post as well and I will add them to the op.

Downloading now....will try it and report back, if it does loop, hell that's what backups are for!

{Edit} Tested didn't get past the T-Mobile logo, restoring now, but thanks!

this is a great idea ...The developers do alot of hard woek for the community and i love all the work from all the devs but no matter what rom you run theres always a feature missing you had in your last favorite rom.. it would be incredible to work on a solid performing base rom and have all the features available as plug in zips that are flashed or reverted individually. then everyone would have their favorite features and THEIR perfect setup. its probably a nightmare for anykind of support but i love the idea you got going on here.. love the creative thinking

Multi DPI

I am not going to post this mod but I will say this Take a look at the coding for multi-DPI from xposed it can be implemented in the build prop. I am rarely on so I would not be able to field questions if errors occur. But it can be done. Just the same as Wanam Back button to kill all apps is implemented in roms as well :D
