Mods for tf3d2[Panoramic Background v3.0]

OK, I figured that was the reason for the misalignment but wasn't sure. the 2nd image issue may just be due to the fact that the images don't line up(sortof an optical illusion) I'm gonna have to start over with a new image and play with it to get it to look right with half the tabs this mod was designed for, probably something that only requires a solid color for the third image. Thanks for shedding some more light on this for me.

No prob..i plan to change afew calculations in my sacript to make sure evryone sees the whole image irrespective of how many tabs are enabled..but that s in my next version!

hi. i used your glass clock cab posted on pg 22 but the numbers are black. is it possible to get a cab for glass clock with white numbers, please? i am using touch x ultimate blue edition if it makes a difference. thanks

hey I have a question for you guys,

I just installed touchx 10.1 blue version with panoramic v3.0... as soon as the phone reboot I realize that at the lower right corner right above the contacts button there is a bit of the sonyerisson logo showing up (actually a whole line right above the "phone" "contacts" is not cover by the panoramic) is there a way I can fix it by either replacing a tf3d file that get rid of the build in wallpaper or somehow extend the panoramic wallpaper by another line?

You can change how the widgets look by changing the mode9 files.I will post in some time the name of the files.
In the next version of WIDGETs you will have the capability to add remove hide enlarge widgets.So thats in version 2!!im already working on it and the more donations i get the faster the project completes

Is any of this meant to be working with TF3DHDB2?

Does the panoramic background mod work with TF3DHD2B2.cab installed?Looks like generally people have custom roms.My ROM is stock R15a,vf-uk with TF3DHDB2 cabinstalled.Works!I tried the Panobg v.3 simple,and TF3D2 creaks a bit,it's slow, and the home tab selector does not display properly,otherwise,i guess, it works(slogs along) but displays as should be.anyhow,is there a theme thread for TF3DHDB2,had some clocks and tabs from some place,but can't find them again(downloaded a swirly psycho clock and stuff-where are these?)

Has anybody tried one of these MODS on Itje's manilla cab?

Everybody's talking about the ROM's but it would be great if these MODS work on the cab file as well.

no i dnt think v hav tried it on the old tf3d but someone once told me it works.u can try it out n if it doesnt u can always go to programs uninstall n remove it.thats y it s fully uninstallable in cab format.

I'm finally back on a TF3d ROM and i must say... u good.. u really good hehe

I was checking thru the threat 4 different pics.. so i just copy and paste them in the Windows dir...
but since my active sync wouldnt let me copy paste anymore..just gives me a error... i need another prog so i tried Mobiledit..but its quite slow doin transfers...

so Q... which prog does the expert (u ^^) use 2 work from the computer on ur X1...

What i do is use active sync to copy paste the files somewhere OTHER than windows dir in my phone.then use Total Commander which comes preinstalled with every rom to move the files from there to windows dir!
Always works!!

I am completely and totally lost here...I want to use "v6 The Dozen" and have installed it and it is where as all tabs have a diff background, however I am clueless how to change these pictures...does this need to be done the same way as the panoramic background?

Any help is greatly appreciated this mod is sick...and fyi, works on my Raphael with th3d2 also.

DOnt worry!here we go
firstly im happy it worked for you on ur rapha,,!!
there are twelve wallpapers right.so we need to change twelve files
you will find all twelve here

once you download it you will find twelve files insiade.they are mode9 files.
If you dont no how to make pngs and save them as mode9 files please see angelusz's thread on skinning manila here.IT is very beautifully written and extremely ewasy for all begineers

once you read it
make a image with size 512 x 512
Paste your wallpaper inside the image
resize your wallpaper to 353 x 512 (width 353 height 512)
so you image size should be 512 x 512 but ur wallpaper should be 353 x 512 and rest must be empty
then make it a mode9 file as u will se in the tutorial
afte you finish loading all ur images in the mode9 files copy thm to ur windows folder using total commander!

ill be messing with this once i'm off work..
also, just to mention, initially there were 12 pictures, however once i soft reset the device only 6 were left? after those 6 had been displayed the remainding tabs just had black backgrounds..
and just to clarify, evensince the raph is vga screen, will the wallpaper and background sizes remain the same?
i will post back with my results this evening!

I'm messing around with changing the .png files now...since the screen resolution is different on a raphael (vga) do i still need to stick with 512x512pixels as the image size? Also, since the ratio is different, sizing the vga image to 353x512 distorts it, I have sized it to 341x512..do you have any guidance here?
I was also wondering that if I'm only using 8 tf3d tabs, how will this work with the wallpaper scrolling and on each tab?
If you're willing to help me out just a little bit more, would you prefer me just to pm you?
And I will be sharing your work with the Raph community once I figure it out

i been loving your work man, just got crystal and pano.

though I like ferraris, i like astons better , so i tried to add do one up.

I did your tutorial and I actually got the image done with 512x512 and it shows up nice, but truncated (8-9 tabs so the diff, i guess).
So i tried to do 490x512 or 470x512 images for the manila but then all i get is white background.

is the whole thing dependent on the 512x512 sizing or am i doing something else here?

I tried diff stuff with CFC Gui and the m9editor, but no luck..

can you help?

using eight wallpapers will screw this thing up completlyit has been made either for twelve or elevn wallpapers.as the resoolution is vga i dont exactly no what size to use.i hav made it for the xperia size.right now as m very busy with exams i cant do the trial n error wid u at the moment.but on july twenty when my exam is ova i will pm u n we can develop this for the raphael.

tf3d has some fixed sizes for images.if u change the size u get a white background.
the image is truncated due to the less usage of tabs.
in my next version of panosidetoside i will be makin the panoramic bkg move irrespective of hw many tabs r being used.so till then!
