Hi Malybru

It has been a week now since I installed the battery mod and its fix. So far its not been accurate.

Sometimes the %age drops from 90% to 75% within a minute of usage. And sometimes when charging it goes from 80% to 100% in just a few seconds.

Even if the battery is showing for example 50% and if I restart my device it would strangely become 75% or so.

Is is a known issue? is there any fix for it? How can I go back to the original ARHD battery display?

Thanks.

Hi,

I believe the fix was primarily for the problem of the phone not showing the correct % once it went below 30%
The ones you are displaying seem more to do with the actual battery itself.
People with old batteries or dying batteries have displayed your type of problem.

To get back to the original display, restore the nandroid backup you made.
Or re-flash the ROM with no wipe.

Thanks, but its only been 8 months since I bought my brand new device so the battery is fairly new.

Before installing this, I didnt notice any similar issues, or may be they were too small to be noticed.

Anyway, I'll give it a few more days or may be delete the battery stats and see if it goes back to normal, otherwise I`ll run the backup.

Thanks.

Hi,

WIPING BATTERY STATS MYTH

It may also depend on how you charged/discharged your battery over time.
The best "training" for your battery is fully charge/fully discharge over 5-6 cycles.
This should give you the best results.
