I'm sharing the following 2 things:

1: Splash screen: the same one as found on the HTC One

. Flashable thru recovery.

2: Shutdown animation: The one from Sense 5. Not flashable, manually copy to /system/customize/resource/ and set permissions.

I don't take credit for any of these. They've been ripped from the HTC Zara. Feel free to add to the OP.

Search inside the Sensation Themes and Apps forum (there is a thread called HTC Sensation Splashscreens I think...) and post it in there... I think here is for Mods only, and this is not a Mod man (no offence...)

Thanks, I try removal, but don't work for me. After the installation and reboot the behavior of the buttons is always the same.

This blink was ported by Me, Dumbyxx and Kosta26 for our ROM. You and another users can use it with pleasure i hope. You are welcome. You can enable\disable BlinkFeed by deleting or creating file ".eb" on your sdcard at Android\data dir and Hot reboot or Full reboot it doesn't matter.

This blink was ported by Me, Dumbyxx and Kosta26 for our ROM and it's old version which has a lot of bugs.. may be you should say about that. It's leeked Prism from one of our early OTAs. So, you are welcome. Dynamic Walpapers don't work here and it's using some stuff from sd card and if there is a error Sense won't boot.

Very nice This BlinkFeed is now out and yes, has it is everytime "synced" it use less RAM, But this ROM no drain battery, so I'm waiting to see how time i got more

If you want to remove FB photos from gallery, goto settings->apps->all->facebook and disable FB. Confirm FB photos are gone and then re-enable FB.

If later you decide you want FB photos back in gallery, logout of the FB app and then login.
