Compatibility

• works on Android 10
• works on AOSP/Custom and Samung OneUI ROMs - Android 9
• works fine along English
• works on Microsoft Word and Google Docs (use any other font except Arial)
• can be used for Arabic

Notes
This mod replaces Arabic font (you may see blocks ? <- like this for Arabic, rarely though)

I have tried on custom ROM but it is not working. I will try it on stock ROM someday.

By the way the font you are using is not the perfect one. There are other good looking Urdu fonts available like noori nastaleeq, lahori etc. You should also try those and incorporate the best one in your zip.
