Im such an idiot lol the default settings on game turbo is balanced. You have to change it to performance and then your phone becomes an absolute beast. It's right next to FPS just click on it and it'll take you to another screen in which you can change to performance

Updating security app will not uninstall the module, it will just hide it.

Go to Apps in settings, go to security app and then you will see option to uninstall updates. This should fix the issue and return game turbo
