Maybe check that the USB connection is not inverted on the back of the unit.

Most likely not. You will need an update for K4811_MCX

Any way to put the version for K4811_JYT I put the December version but now I can't see the back up camera or the dual recording app. XD Help me please. Now the version is K4811_NWD :C.

Edit: When enable double recording lost backup camera image. And HD2 Streaming Apps are lost.

Not work.
I finally noticed this:


With this update.zip the dual dual recording works, but not the USB tethering and does not recognize the 64gb only 31gb.
With this firmware update.zipUSB Tethering works, recognizes the 64Gb. But when I enable dual recording when backing up the image is lost.


If anyone knows any way to brick to be able to tell the one who sold it to me that I change it I would appreciate it or if you have any other update.zip to try.

Did you try to use the update option from the MyCar app? Install an older update zip and the use the online update option to get the right version? Assuming you can find an update for your MCU, that's where the problem is.

Yes, I tried, but with each firmware I put only update the canbus version, everything else appears newest. I want to try this file, but I can't create my account for download

XD I managed to create the account, but as the file is more than 1gb I don't have enough transfer quota, anyway.

The only thing I can suggest is to try the 3.7GB update through the update option in Car Setting.

I found this head unit is so locked down that it should have costed $50. instead of $200. (CAD). It doesn't have boot update capability, has minimal settings, poor default apps, useless apps autostarting that can't be stopped, disables or uninstalled. Very poor seller, very poor support, very poor business. I always recommend not buying from Ruancheng whenever possible. I bought a different one for my car from a different seller for cheaper.

I agree with you, mine in case I can't update the system, it starts to do it but then gives an error and enters the boot screen again and that's it.
I also tried to do the full update when it reaches 45% for everything and restarts, I don't know what else to do.

You need the file for "MCX". I explain quickly, the versions that are here are for the NWD brand (Nowada?), it can work, but if your radio works well, better not make any changes. I did it and luckily I was able to restore to a JYT brand firmware with the help of m00n61.

I tried both, the 3gb and the update, the 3 is incomplete or something missing some things stopped working, it is also NWD, the update if it is JYT and it works. I'm using that one right now.
