Did you ever find more info on your K4811? I have a K4811 and the only thing I’ve figured out so far is the Factory Settings password is 1617 but I don’t know the developer mode password or even how to change main screen.

I had to replace the canbus box in my head unit because it wasn't working properly. The previous software is also used for the new canbus box. In such a case, should the first canbus software be deleted? If so, how and where can I find it? The two canbus boxes are not from the same manufacturer, so they are different.

When I set My Mobile Phone as Access Point (AP-for sharing internet connection) the connection is very very slow... this case prevent Waze, Spotify etc to connect.

i have tried to connect to my WiFi Home connection and same issue.

So I just got the k4811 and opened it up because I usually hardware mod these Chinese android headunits. They are advertised with a tda7851 or tda7850 amp that's 75w x 4 2ohm or 50w x 4 4ohm. Mine actually came with a tcb503hq which is one of the newest car audio amps in the 25 pin package. The tda7850 only does those maximum wattage ratings with 19v but cars give 14.4v so they actually only give around 30w 4ohm and the units come with a 6600uf capacitor when the tda7850/7851 needs a 10000uf 25v capacitor a well. The tcb503hq gives basically full 50w x4 4ohm with 14.4v, it doesn't have to have the 10000uf capacitor and it has noise suppression built in to prevent the horrible hum or whining you here when using an amp with these. So I'd suggest checking what amp is in your unit and upgrading it to the tcb503hq for $5 if yours has anything else.

Curious since you have the unit open can you check the antenna connections?, some of the videos I watched show that these units antennas are not solder correctly to the chip, my unit suffers from poor antenna reception even with the supplied antennas attached, my hotspot box can be right next to the unit and not receive 5 WiFi bars, and the 4g antenna forget about that, unless I’m in the city literally in the vicinity of a cell tower. I won’t get any connection from T-Mobile. I’m not good with disassembling electronics. Otherwise I would attempt to disassemble it myself, I wouldn’t even know where to start.
