moron here seeking help

ok i will try to explain as best i can. i have the zenphone 2 laser 3gb ram 32gb storage, i installed the wrong rom on it and now it boots up fine, everything works but the touch screen is way off. on the keyboard if you are trying to push next in the bottom right corner you have to press the 7 key. basically what i am asking is how do i fix this? i have no clue i have tried different roms and nothing will flash for me even in adb.
