Is there some zip uninstaller on the camera and some zip to enable slow motion?

If you installed via APK, you can just uninstall it normally. No zip uninstaller needed.

I never used the zip installer, but I'm assuming perhaps it makes it a system app? If you made it a system app, just dirty flash your ROM and it will disappear (since it's not built into the ROM). If it's not a system app, just regular uninstall should work.

With the zopWith the zip it becomes an application of the system, however with the apk the photos are not saved in the SD card because the option is not selectable and I observed that with the ZIP if it is

Yes, the zip adds the function to save to a microSD card. But the Moto Quark (this device forum) doesn't have a micro SD storage card, so I never needed that function.

However, the zip file is also useful for when flashing ROM updates -- you can reflash camera zip before rebooting, and you'll still have this camera.

Since @data365 stopped porting the Moto cameras for older phones, I haven't posted any new versions recently. However, here's a newer version of the Moto Camera that works for our Quarks. I have not tried it, but @FlavioV has... Thanks to @Steph310 for finding this and writing notes.

Try flashing this... if it works uninstall the app version:

Here a TWRP flashable zip of the camera with SdCard enabled: it is possible to do so only if app resides in system/priv-app (MotoCamera has all permissions to write to extSd, only in this folder System grants above permission).

Tested and it works, i suggest to reboot 1-2 times after flashing this .zip.

It won't update older mods as the package name is different. But it has a new icon so it should be easy to recognize.

FYI:

How can I uninstall a flashed zip? Used MotoCamera_V6.0.86.7_ModV1.zip to install older version.

Delete MotoCamera Folder from Root - System - PrivApp & then Restart you're device & check if that camera is gone from system apps.. after that install my Camera Zip

Not sure dude, I'm on Nougat. Maybe v6.2 doesn't run on L at all (which is possible considering it was quite a major release), or the modder just didn't add support to Moto E.

Hello, Moto E1 (condor) is supported but app requires at least sdk 23 (android 6.0) in order to run properly.
You can use a older version of this camera or install a custom rom (for Condor there are also Oreo Roms).
Probably in this release motorola totally dropped support for android 5.

Go to the last few pages, don't even bother with the OP as it's not being kept updated anymore. People are posting their own versions of newer cameras. I'm only re-posting HERE in this thread if I know it will work with Quark. This one seems to work with Quark, but we don't have Oreo yet and I don't know if it works with your moto z2 play.
