Moto e4 (qualcomm) Perry XT1766 custom ROM video error

I'm running dot os and for some reason saved videos and internet videos won't play except with YouTube web. Anyone known how I can fix this?

Download the video fix zip file and flash with TWRP.

I had 1766 that broke so I put the back of it in another Moto e4 plus....just wondering if I have any options...

Total jerk...dropped the same post in a half dozen E4 threads. Fastest way NOT to get a quality response.
