Moto E4 Verizon Prepaid - Is temp root possible?

I bought this phone yesterday, with the understanding that the bootloader currently cannot be unlocked. But is there any temp root method that will work on this phone? If the answer is "no", I'm fine with that. It's a cheap wifi-only device for me, but there are a couple things I'd like to tweak if there is a working temp root.
