long story short, I broke the screen, and took it apart and replaced it. overall the phone seems to be working, but the problem I have is the cell radio can't find a way to turn on. there is no custom rom, or anything,
I factory reset the phone as well, added APN,
I tried the whole *#*#4636#*#* thing, and it didnt appear to do anything, but if you go to phone information it shows the cell radio is off,
I was wondering if anyone may have an idea what could be the problem?
