Moto g will not turn on

The phone shut off a few days ago. On that same day, when I tried to turn it on later it would get to the Motorola logo and restart. I left it alone for a day or so and now all I get is the led light. Iave tried the volume down trick which doesn't seem to help, wanted to know of anything else I could try to get it working given the symptoms
