Moto g XT1033 custom recovery don't work

Hello, recently did the unlock the bootloader moto g XT1033 and although some errors could unlock, but when I install a custom recovery and restart appears" no command", help me!!

Looks like you didn't install a custom recovery, or you booted to Android before you booted to your recovery, which overwrites the custom recovery.
