Moto g xt1540 Cant flash with fastboot nor rsd lite

Hi, guys, i used the search function but i didn't find anything similar to my problem, my cellphone is in a bootloop, i have the bootloader blocked , i can't unlocked because of the OEM unlock option disable, i try using one of the stock firmware that you can find on android files host I'm using the "XT1540_OSPREY_RETUS_6.0_MPI24.65-25.1_cid9_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml" i tried flashing with ADB tools and get an error

The problem isn't the locked bootloader, cuz it's a Motorola's signed build, so it can be flashed even with locked bootloader. Maybe the problem can be the outdated build
Use the comand "fastboot getvar all" (without quotes, of course) and post here

Yes, it's really the outdated build, you need to find an stock firmware for your xt1540 with the version of MPIS24.65-25.1-19 or newer, you tried to flash the version 24.65-25.1 (and yes, every number is important at flashing stock firmware)
So, good luck finding that build or a newer one
