Moto G3 XT1540 no audio

Hello. I am having a problem with my moto. No matter what I try, no audio will come out of the device. I have tried clearing cache, re-flashing stock ROM, safe mode, headphones & a bluetooth speaker all of which have had no success. In the recent days, I did get it to make some system UI sound effects, but that's all and went back to the same problem after a reboot. (BTW, my phone is rooted with Magisk and is completely stock including stock recovery). Are there any fixes for this or am I straight SOL?

It's possible the speaker has failed. You can get them off eBay along with cheap phone tool-kits and there's strip-down and replacement videos on Youtube.
