Hi guys,

So, I got a new Moto G4 Plus, and decided to use it with LineageOS. I followed the guide that I found through the official lineageos website for installing.

However, now the phone is stuck in the bootloader. When turning the phone on, the screen remains black, no matter how long I let it sit. When at any point I press the Volume Down button, I arrive in the bootloader menu. From there I can select "Start" again, screen turns black and pressing Volume Down at any point lands me right back in the bootloader. Any suggestions what I can try?

Here's the text displayed in the boot menu:
Code:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (Secure)
BL: B1.03 (sha-b44c0ee, 2016-10-21 09:48:34)
Baseband: [bla] ATHENE_RETUSA_CUST
Product/Variant: athene_16mp XT1644 64GB P2A
Serial Number: [bla]
CPU: MSM8952
eMMC: 64GB SAMSUNG RC14MB RV=08 PV=07 FV=0000000000007
DRAM: 4GB SAMSUNG LP3 DIE=8GB M5=01 M6=05 M7=00 M8=5f
Console [NULL]: null
Battery OK
flashing_unlocked
Software status: Official
Connect USB Data Cable
I'd be happy to provide any additional information if needed!

Thanks,
luspi

Hmm, which build have you flashed in TWRP?

Are you able to reboot back to TWRP recovery from the bootloader menu (there should be an option, if you use the volume keys, to boot to recovery)?

Thanks for the reply, echo92!

I am able to boot back into TWRP recovery, and re-flashed the same file a few times. I used the most recent 14.1 build from July 24...

EDIT
Okay, it ended up working this time! The only thing I did different this time is to select all the zip files first and let TWRP install them all in one go. I'm in now :)

Thanks again, echo92!
