I had problem with my device
when I do restart it goes to fastboot mode directly
which line should I flash to solve this small problem ?

try to do the whole procedure again without missing any steps will start working.if not post again.

[mfastboot oem fb_mode_clear]and[mfastboot oem fb_mode_set] are for unlocking most probably
i used oem lock begin first then used all of this commands after that.

Can Anyone Who has relocked the Bootloader, Execute this command - "fastboot getvar all", and check the line - "iswarrantyvoid", does the value here, return back to "no" after relocking, or does it stays to "yes"?

Also, can the motorola figure out if we've unlocked the bootloader before, but then reflashed and locked it again, maybe something like a flash counter or a qfuse?

It will say yes after relocking.As far as i have heard all the new phone come with a fuse,when you unlock the bootloader it breaks and becomes permanent.And last you have req the code from there site so its also a proof.

That command doesn't really do anything as far as the warning or the warranty.

1) Download firmware for XT1643 from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1N6dGU7FEXsSjR3QUtsRU1RTVk/view
2) Download mfastboot from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5j...ew?usp=sharing
3) Extract the firmware into the folder containing mfastboot.
4) Reboot the phone into Bootloader (power off, then press the power and volume down buttons simultaneously).
5) Execute these commands and make sure you receive an 'OKAY' after each command.
