Moto g4 plus wifi / data

Hi
I have a 20gb 4G data plan
How can I make the g4 plus use 4G data to down load OTA updates and not WiFi
All it says is can't download until WiFi connection

Is there a way to override due to my data allowance
Look everywhere

I haven't been able to have it work it's scripted in the OS to not allow OTA over cellular. A trick I would think is use another phone as a wifi hotspot to download it. The most recent update was just a security update so it's not that critical.
