Moto g4 XT1626 locked in google account, patch April 1, 2018, usb debugging disabled

Hi guys,

I have a problem with this phone.
I've tried several methods and none of them works, the flashboot screen says the usb is connected, but debugging is disabled, the computer does not recognize it. I did procedures for apks, but it also did not work, it restarts when I try to put another google account.

If anyone knows the solution please, I'll be grateful.
