Moto g5 plus Never stops uploading and get me mad

I have moto g5 plus Amazon prime version, and after a week of use I cant connect the phone to my Wifi because its never stops uploading... i cant play any online game because my ping goes around 2k, and I only had 512kb(60kb/s) of uploading speed so its a pain in the bottom , my brothers las moto g4 plus do the same thing and cant get resolve neither, so, any idea what maybe is the problem?

i dont understand how a slow uploading speed prevents you from using wifi.

Either way, boot to your bootloader, clear the cache, and try it again.
Somthing else to do is look at your data usage, and see what app is using all this data your phone is using. disable that app, and see if the problem goes away

Maybe it is Google Images trying to reate a Google drive backup. This task completely hung my home connection up.
