Moto g7 bootloader unlock error

i cant unlock the bootloader, it gets stuck in the middle of the "oem get_unlock_data" process.

C:\Users\LaloN\Desktop\BOOTLOADER\adb+fastboot>fastboot oem get_unlock_data
...
(bootloader) Unlock data:

and it get stucks there, please help.
