Known bugs

• Wake by voice support not tested and has unknown status
• Support for XT1250 may require tweaking
• VoLTE is not supported on Verizon

Unlocked bootloader required!
Flash over latest Lollipop stock SW or flash the following packages to update bootloader & radio!
Droid Turbo XT1254 supports starts with 11/29 nightly! Do not flash previous builds.

Flash steps after you extract the zip:

adb reboot bootloader
mfastboot flash partition gpt.bin
mfastboot flash motoboot bootloader.img
mfastboot flash radio radio.img

Crossflashing & Configuration Override
You can crossflash radio image for a different variant of the phone, but the automated setup will not pick it up. Thus you'll need to manually override it through fastboot:

Flash recovery, wipe, flash CM12. Or you can use the TWRP, but not guaranteeing it will flash correctly as I have not used it.

the stock google package
i had troubles with the GAPPS included in this thread.

If you already flash GAPPS from this thread, you have to wipe and install cm12 again and PA Gapps after that.
you CANT flash on top of gapps included in this thread.

i couldnt open play store and a notification show up telling me that google apps were not included in this version of cm12.

also when i clicked play store nothing happened.
rebooted and reinstalled using your cwm, same error.

wiped and reinstalled cm12, then PA gapps, everything went fine after that.

Nope, CM12.1 will be 5.1 based (usually takes a while after vanilla release and is not ready now).

1) Any of the IR-sensors related features working?
2) I'm assuming Motorola's Active Display features can't be carried over?
3) However, we can still use Google's Ambient Display
