xt1250 radio problems

I'm fairly new to rooting, recoveries, roms, ext... I bought a Xt1250 off of ebay threw my sim in and tested the phone. it worked could call receive calls use the internet, but it was on stock 4.4.4. and i wanted 5.1 for the VoLte. and because 5.1. So i installed twrp. made a backup using twrp. wiped and installed cm-12.1-20151210-NIGHTLY-quark.zip --- pa_gapps-modular-mini-5.1-20150418-signed.zip --- UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip

I've flashed back and forth to and from the the backup but i can only get data. it shows that i am connected to Lte and i can use the internet but if i try and place a call i get "cellular network not available"

also i'm on verizion

any ideas?

Found two bugs:
1. livedisplay -> Automatic doesn't work, night time doesn't pick up the change EDIT: Seems working now.
2. Video hardware acceleration seems not working correctly, anyone could check?

Another glitch: EAP-SIM feature is not working, my service provider give me free wifi access in Starbucks, without EAP-SIM it's useless now.

Hmmmm... My provider is AT&T and I still get free access at McDonald's and other AT&T hotspot places. Recognizes my SIM just fine.

Well, I found a workaround for my provider WIFI, so it's not a problem now.

Livedisplay still kind of hit and miss on automatic mode, last night it was running fine for a while then change color back to day time mode, anyone have idea why?

He bought a 2nd Quark. To be used for CM13 testing. While he still runs 12.1 on his main phone.
I see that now. ... Looking forward to it, hopefully it goes smooth for. Him.

Side note: my locked bootloader at&t note 3 just got eol. Think I'm a Motorola/lg guy now.... Such a shame.

I'm using the 12/12 nightly and the interruptions mode seems to actually switch on and off just fine for me. 12/12 seems smoother to me than the 12/4, but for some reason I'm getting worse standby time on 12/12 vs 12/4

I had, but there is no info as the device is not hurt supported. But AFAIK this is a case of when skrillax says it's good, it will show as supported, not the other way around. So, seeing as he is the leading authority on quark cm, it seemed going to the source was better than beating around the bush. It's fine though, I'm not in "OMG come out soon plz thkx bye!" mode, it's just curiosity.
