This is not a bug, because the reason is the dirty flash (manually wipe themes data from /data/data/...). Nightlies use newer SQL lite and the older one in stable refuses to read the table with newer version than it supports.

Oh,it's really hot when charging with QC2.0 plug..I nearly forget whether the VZW rom would be acting like this.

Are you in a case? Otterboxes tend to hold a lot of heat

it's in a very thin and light case,the basic transparent model,not like the Otterbox one.
and I tried the CM12/CM13/Mokee5.1/6.1 roms ,nothing changed.

On verizon and flashed to cm13 and found when ever a phone call is made it crashes and displays andy and then quick restarts phone.

If you're using Google Dialer (Open GApps installs Google Dialer, I don't know about other GApps), you need to set Google Dialer as the default phone app: Settings -> Apps -> gear icon -> Default apps -> Phone app -> select Phone (should be other only option)
confirmed used other gapps , instead of openGapps and works perfectly.
