They are in Settings/Mobile Networks/Access Point Names. Inside there you should see various APNs. Click on them to see settings.

If for some strange reason you have no APNs to see, you can create one from scratch and save it.
There's actually a pretty common bug with recent builds of CM12.1 across a bunch of devices, where Apn settings are missing completely. Google it, you'll see a bunch of posts across the interwebs about this particular bug.

Where is CM13? Why is taking so long? Just got news that my Motorola DROID Bionic from 2011 has gotten CM13. Not trying to sound whiny here, but I'm very much yearning for the Marshmallow experience.

You did sound whiny in your post. Is there a rush? Did we pay for something and not receive it? Be thankful we EVEN HAVE CM on our device as basically all the ROMs we have is based on it.

I am sorry, I did mention how it sounded whiny. However, there is pretty much no way to ask for an ETA without sounding whiny. Yes, I do know about the undeclared rule that asking for ETAs just slow devs down. But radio silence about progress doesn't really seem acceptable to me. I'm currently messing around with CM13 on my Bionic, but it's laggy, and I'm getting excited about using it on my Turbo.

Radio silence is acceptable on a free product.

Honestly would like it as well but there is very little visually different.
I agree with you 100%. The devs here are under no obligation to do anything for our device. They do it on their free time, of their own volition.
That being said, I have to say I'm mostly looking forward to seeing how Doze effects our phone's battery life.

With CM 12.1, I had too many APNs. Had to delete a bunch. ;) Winnowed them down to two -- one I'm using and one I might need one day.

Hey guys, which of these nightly releases seems to be best? I feel like newest is not always best when it comes to a nightly. Thank you.

Also, I think it's important for people to remember that true development for this device is only a few months old. The Turbo just recently gained an unlocked bootloader. Think about it, we don't even have a milestone release for the Moto Maxx, much less a snapshot release for the Droid Turbo. I read on the Moto Maxx forum that a snapshot is soon to come. That's good progress for a small handful of developers. Give them time. And, maybe, don't get mad at them because a rom on a completely different device that you have is buggy. There's honestly no rationale there.

So far I am loving the new snapshot. A few setting didn't carry over from the nightly build to the snapshot, but no worries. I'm on the Droid Turbo, BTW. Thanks so much.

Are there any more opinions on the new snapshot. Is it close to daily yet? And is LTE working for Verizon? I have been holding off until I heard more positive reviews.

I've got verizon and yes my lte is working just fine. Also I'm using the nightly's as my daily rom and have no complaints other than GPS, it'll get a lock on my location if I'm sitting still but once I start moving then it can't keep track.. Maybe there's a fix I'm unaware of?

Your map is using towers not GPS.
It happened to me too. The fix for this is restore original ROM get a GPS lock, then immediately go to twrp and flash cm12.1 again.

Annoying. But it will work.
