Moto X 2013 emergency only

Hello guys, my phone has a serious problem, look everywhere on internet but no luck...
My unlocked moto X (XT1058) wont connect to my carrier and the problem is not my sim, i placed it in another phone and it worked well, flawlessly. So it stays "Emergency only". The fun fact is it shows my carrier name but no signal, even tried other carrier and the problem persists.

So, i have installed many stock roms and tried to flash modem, but it did not end well , wifi works, but no 2g, 3g or 4g...

One notification showed up "CQATest" i tried to look at my sim and this line show up:

PHONE ICCID Compare with SIM ICCID: ERROR
PHONE ICCID UNKNOWN

Please help me, i love my moto X. Im running android stock 5.1. Any ideias?
My moto X is the brazilian version XT1058 unlocked. Now it looks the phone is locked somehow, like i said, it show my carrier name, so it recognizes but i dont have any bar, showing an empty triangle at my notification bar. I've checked my imei and its fine, no restriction.

Im a noob user but i think the main problem is with my phone ICCID, is there a way to fix it? I guess by flashing roms it was erased, i dont know.

May be u need to reflash the radio!!

I tried it, flash 2 different radios and nothing... maybe it is Moto X's antennas, ill try to replace them. But i still believe its software related problem.
