Fantastic news.

Maybe ROM development would pick up. though it would be nice if we could get the Motomods to work. Sure, the source code is already out, but it's still rather tough.

I wish they allow the moto z droid to have unlocked bootloader as well :/

That sadly won't happen. Which is sad, because the best overall phone spec wise is the Z Force and the phone would be a BEAST if unlocked with development on it. Right now, the forum is completely dead.

It took a really long time, but the locked bootloader on the Droid Turbo was finally cracked by sunshine. It could happen with the Z too. Not holding my breath though.

Sunshine team said they are not working on it They are focusing more on the pixel.
