Moto Z lagging play PUBG. Stock Rom n kernel

I want to ask, sorry my bad english before haha, i buy this phone yesterday, at second condition.. eumm.. camera and multitasking is enough.. but i tried play pubg, and so lag, whatever at low or medium or high resolution.. i haved install BAGT and set low, and result still lagging.. i tried too playing at cold room and still lag.. i think this problem can be solve, cause i watch at fb and youtube some people play at highres and result os just little lag.. can anyone tell me plz how to solve this? or i must install cusrom? what name of cusrom or maybe custom kernel?

thank for advise, bruh.. eumm if i have rooted, can i set up the limit of thermal protection? maybe at 46-48°c? what apps can set up? coz i'll not take the risk so much, i like photo and device and i dont want to broke this phone because of games hehe sorry my bad english?
