Moto Z official firmware downloads

It's not an OTA-Update, you have to flash all files from the Firmware.zip. Take a look into the flashfile.xml in the ZIP, inside are all Flash commands for fastboot.

For example the RETEU 6.0.1 Version look like this:

Yes I know
but it's Verizon firmware I'm trying to install it on my China moto z

I flashed any files except modem and gpt

I did same thing with MM Verizon firmwares and I booted successfully

But no success to boot in nougat with this firmware
Maybe I have to wait for EU nougat

Nobody would recommend you to flash Verizon firmware on non Verizon smartphones, only some crazy guys would do something like this. XD

Well, I'm one of those crazy guys and my phone works flawlessly, even with two Sims.

Hi all does any of these official roms have signed boot and/or recovery?
This looks to be a needed prerequisite to lock the bootloader.

Any other suggestion to lock the bl?

I've just flashed everything like flashfile told me.

First time Latam 6.0.1 then China nougat then Verizon.

tried the verizon but only the system files with fastboot
probably missed that fb_mode_clear or something
there is no screen at all and computer recognize it as
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008
to unbrick it takes some kind of service rom that can be flashed in qdloader mode
but nobody has it (looking at how few members in this forum and no one has even a real signed stock rom)
hope moto will repair even though i unlocked bl but i doubt

patience is a virtue - right now eu start getting nougat update....

The oem fb_mode_set and clear commands can't hardbrick your phone. It's only a command to get the phone everytime you bootup or reboot directly into bootloader mode, nothing more.

hi can any one help me i need to get back to stock and lock boot loader to update i have eu any one please ???????????

I need this help as well. All the stock fw I flashed manually or via RSD lite does not have signed boot and recovery image. I learned that this is needed in order to have the bl locked again.

A part from the boot warning message everything else including OTAs seems to work just fine.
