How to use
-download and extract the zip file
-run exe file
-load the logo.bin file for current android version
-replace the image.png you want
-save as logo.bin (or .zip)
-flash it

You have to prepare beautiful images

ok, when I make the flash file with the program and go to flash the file it fails with Error 6. Any ideas what might be going wrong???

Check what slot is your current slot 'fastboot getvar all'
Then flash the bin to that slot 'fastboot flash logo_a'or'b logoname.bin'
