Motorola CHARM on AT&T 3G

So I have an Unlocked charm running on AT&T but I only get 2G service. I understand this is because TMobile runs on a different band and the firmware on the phone is of TMobile.

But is there a way to mod some files and get 3G service on AT&T USA on Motorola CHARM?

Simple answer is no. The hardware doesn't support the band ATT uses for 3g

And 3G TIM Brazil?

I buy Motorola MB502, but get only 2G in TIM Brazil.
In others (CLARO, CTBC, OI, VIVO) I'm get 3G.

How I fix that?
And... have 'baseband-switcher' to MB502? Because 'baseband-switcher', fix that in my Motorola DEFY.
