Hello again and apologize for the late reply, I have managed to make the program see my phone but now when trying to flash a rom stock gives me a message saying NULLmotoboot.img and does not allow me to flash the system, I have reviewed the rom files and .img file that does not come within the rom.

This looks like your model is not supported

That is so bad , then you must remove this in the first post:

I have. The issue is that the tool is looking for an image "motoboot.img" in addition to the normal bootloader.img and boot.img.

Thing is the Moto Z Unlocked model doesn't have motoboot.img. You can still manually flash stock firmware without this tool though, its quite easy with fastboot.

I have the xt1650-03 Dual SIM version and just want Xposed Framework. What would be the best way to achieve that. Also, would that means that I won't get any OTA updates? I read somewhere that Android N will be available for this next month

Can logo.bin be modified the same way as http://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/themes-apps/remove-unlocke-bootloader-message-t3177801 ?

Bootloop on bootloader unlocked warning

I cannot find logo.bin for Moto Z to get rid of bootloader unlocked warning. I have searched everywhere. Anyone have it?

I am now stuck in a bootloop "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted". I can get to bootloader screen by holding power and volume down, but Moto All-in-one Tool won't push anything to phone. I have installed the complete Android SDK.

Brand new Moto Z, worked fine, got bootloader unlocked without problem. Then trying to root with Moto All-in-one Tool, now stuck in this loop

Why do you suppose the xt1650-03 doesn't work with this tool? I can manually flash all the parts of the stock ROM and it works OK except for the boot.img
But at least I got out of the bootloop that I was in, and phone seems to be working normally unless I try to put it into recovery.

Download v2.5 and report whether it is working or not to flash stock rom
