First off, can this tool also lock the bootloader on a Moto Z running the nougat bootloader? Secondly I would like to know if this tool can download and flash the stock nougat 7.0 RETEU ROM. No and no, but partially yes.

There aren't any digitally signed factory images by Motorola/Lenovo available for 7.0/Nougat just yet. Therefore you're not able to relock your bootloader once you're unlocked.

RETBR is equivalent to RETEU, so you'll be able to rollback your device to a "original" state, softwarewise.

There is a moto g4 plus, XT1642. The flasher tab selects the "other" phone. The required files are loaded in the destination folder. However, I receive this warning:
"Selected STOCK ROM is for MOTO Z Select Moto Z(In Combox) If your Model is Not Moto Z Then Do't use This Tool To Flash."
What can I do?
