Motorola One Macro how to flash a new Rom

hi.
I have already rooted the cellphone. But i will like to know if there is some other rom i can install there? I dont remember how this is called, i mean a new operative system or a operative system modification. Also, where i can download the original Rom in case of problems. (is a One Macro channel Retar, number compilation QMDS30.47-33-5).

the keyword is "custom Roms"... and i dont find even one to the motorola one macro.

Ask seller / manufacturer for a copy of phone's Stock ROM.

If you can find a Custom Recovery suitable for mentioned phone, what is required to flash a Custom ROM, do a Google search for suitable Custom ROM ...

i dont find none suitable custom rom... maybe im searching wrong? first time searching this kind of things. I found some web that says this is "suitable for one macro" but when i go to that place i dont find that the device is support.
