Motorola service center are too slow

I gave my phone to service center about 1 and half months ago for Dead pixels on my screen....
But even after this much long time still I didn't get it back......
It make me feel like switch to Nokia....
I am so addicted to my phone..... And living without that for this much long time sucks....
No doubt it has excellent hardware....

You left your phone at the service centre ? I has my screen changed twice under warranty and the Pune service centre allowed me to use my phone till the part arrived. I got a call once the part arrived and they changed the screen in 1 hour !

The second screen replacement did take almost a month for the part to arrive.
