Motorola Xoom Build JZ054K with 4.1.2 Total UPGRADE

My wife has a Motorola Xoom I'm sure its a Z604 Build is JZ054K 4.1.2. Could some please refer a video with the A to Z on the steps how to upgrade to the best upgrade available now. Im kinda new to the rooting thing and don't wanna screw it up....PLEASE PLEASE

I keep coming back to this myself. My Girlfriend has one and still wants to use it. If I find it I'll reply back.

After looking around a little my plan was to mod it to kitkat, or the 4.4 +/- build. Looks like it was tweaked over time , where as the 6. something mod looks to still have issues and development dropped before polished. Not sure though. Further looking to slightly overclock it. Not much but a little bit. If anyone out there has Tips or a guide to help the two of us. it'd be greatly appreciated.

I'm using CM 11 (4.4). It works ok but has the usual non neon processor apps problems (chrome).

Im SCREWED UNLOCKED BUT DIDNT MAKE A BACK UP CANT GET BACK TO DEVELOPER SCREEN TO OPEN DEBUGGING...... NEED SOME HELP BEFORE THE WIFE KILLS ME:crying:
