Same sich as everyone else and now I just received an email for a survey on my motorola xoom LTE upgrade experience. It even includes questions on receiving and the activation process. LOL. I still haven't received my xoom and have no idea on when I'll receive it. Man, I'm passed the point of being angry. Just going to laugh and not expect to receive my xoom for a month. Oh, but I'll definitely be leaving my 2cents worth in the survey..........

Same here - just got my survey to answer questions about an upgrade that hasn't even been completed.
on the phone with MOTO now, been on hold for 23minutes. then transfered to Johnny in the repair department. Johnny says it was shipped but no tracking number yet. THey told me the same thing. Still has tracking NO tracking number but is apparetnly going to call me with it in 24-48 hours. WTF
can we all give them bad survey responses?

online form says my RMA has been processed since the 6th, phone system says it's been shipped but nothing else, last email I received before the delay email was that it was received on the 5th, live chat says it's only been received also. I wouldn't mind about the delay so much if everything would just agree.
Got off the phone with verizon to find out what they can do about my service that I have and cant use cuz of this update. They said they will credit me 1 month free service which is a $20 credit cuz I have the 1GB data plan which I never get any were near going over. Cuz im always on Wifi. I told them moto was having shipping problems and who knew when I would get mine. I wonder if and when my 6 business days expire and no xoom, If I can ***** to moto and I can get something else free apart from the dock just to keep me happy.

When I turned my service on they told me that there is no such thing as a 1GB plan for tablets and that it starts at 2GB. She said the 1GB plan is for the Ipad and all other devices but not the Xoom.
that's odd, because I have the 1 gig plan for 20 dollars also. Likewise never come near the limit.
I just called and they said that you could only have the 1GB plan if you had it before summer when they changed their plans around. Even though I got my Xoom during the release month, I never turned on service till last month. Anyhow, while on the phone with them I explained the whole Motorola hold up with the upgrade and they said that they can suspend my billing till the Xoom gets back in my hands.

my RMA process is empty.
Mine was received the same day as both of yours but no update yet. I called them and explained that I was using it for work and needed to get a real update since the automated system said it shipped, the person on the phone said it didn't and the web site hasn't been updated since last week.They said it may arrive at the end of the week or next with no apology.
My just got updated with a tracking number. Could they not have done this yesterday so I could get it before I leave on a trip tomorrow. time to go talk to my apartment building manager.

National holiday yesterday but I can't complain anymore because mine was just updated and finally says shipped so if yours was received on the 6th it will probably get shipped tomorrow.
I should add, it says shipped but not picked up yet and it's almost past FedEx pick up time so mine may ship tomorrow.

Why can't motorola just ship it when they say they are going to ship it? I don't understand it has a tracking number is it just sitting there on the loading dock ready to go but the fedex truck was too full?
Sometimes if you have an account with FedEx you can put the package in the system but it wont be marked shipped till they pick it up. It is basically waiting to get picked up based on a request. I called Moto back. They have more than one pick ups and right after I got off the phone my Xoom was marked picked up to be delivered tomorrow.
