I just called them. they said mine had been received but they had no info beyond that, just like the website. Gave a generic "we apologize for the delay, but it's due to the high number of tablets being sent in for the upgrade" Duh!! 
Motorola Xoom finally getting its 4G LTE upgrade starting Sept. 29

Has anyone gotten their Xoom back without any emails confirming them shipping it back? I received the sorry it's taking longer than we thought email but that's it. I shipped it on Tuesday the 4th and haven't heard anything since the apology email.
I shipped on the 3rd and got mine today. Motorola did send me a email saying it should be delivered today early this morning. I already knew it would be delivered today because of the FedEx tracking number. My Fedex Tracking number finally showed picked up yesterday afternoon.
Hard to say how much further behind yours would be compared to mine. Do you have your fedex tracking number yet?
Thanks for the response. No, I haven't gotten anything from them after shipping the Xoom off other than the apology for the delays. This sucks.
Just got mine back today. Sent it on Monday, Oct. 3 so 8 days total / 6 business days.
How long did it take to for the wireless service to activate? I'm working on 2 hours and nothing. I want to make sure it activates before I root it and start restoring my apps via TB.

I also got mine in today, turned it on no service and I have verizon service so i was like o man something is f'ed. I did a power and vol up reset and i have my 3g service back up cuz 4g hasnt hit my town yet.
I sent mine on the 5th and got it back today...also got a free dock, I already have one though...would have enjoyed a few months of free service instead.

For those that got your xoom back from MOTO did you have sign for it? I gotta run out . But I don't want to miss the package if I have to sign for it.

Lol but I didn't have to sign for it they just left it in front of my door, maybe cus I was home and my door was open. Just the glass screen door was closed.
YAY!!! As of this morning, it only showed that it had been received on the 7th. This afternoon it shows processed, shipped, and a tracking number. I get my xoom back before the weekend!

Received my Xoom today. It was delivered to motorola on Oct 7 and returned with new dock Oct 13. I did not have to sign for the package but stayed home from work just in case. It was delivered at 9:20am. I am happy. Now I am wondering how battery life will be with network hunting? I have disabled CDMA all together while in wifi
