Why would you downgrade? Thats retarded. Your going from a 1ghz Dualcore Tegra to a 1ghz Singlecore snapdragon? Have fun downgrading. Most smart people upgrade a device not a downgrade.

That's a very naive thing to say. Yes, the MT4G has a single core. But it's capable of doing anything the G2x can do. Actually, it has 50% more RAM than the G2x. So you don't have to worry about running out unlike the G2x. Also, the MT4G's GPS is 100x better than the G2x's ****ty GPS.

I actually have used both phones so I actually know what I'm talking about.

yeah I got a great deal on craigslist, I am doing a trade so I don't even have to pay anything, and the mt4g is in perfect condition with screen protector etc, whereas my g2x is a little dinged up, also the mt4g is gonna be stable and I don't have to worry about random reboots, plus they have some pretty awesome custom sense roms for it.

oh yeah and the cpu on the mt4g can be overclocked up to 1.9 ghz lol

Good for you man,the glacier is a solid phone with huge support at xda. I too came from a mt4g and miss many features it has, anyways ya can't go wrong with that phone,enjoy it.

Hey goodluck!

I think if I hadn't seen anything about the G2x and waited a little I would have went to the 4g, or the 4g Slide.

I came from a 3G Slide.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 off Craigslist and I'm hesitant to move into it.

The phone is so huge, and I mean HUGE for me personal taste. I bought a case or and screen protector. I'm not really sure I'm going to keep the phone. Might just sell it back if I can't adjust.

I've complained about the G2X, but its funny, cause now that I have the "Best" android phone, I can't see myself leaving the G2X. Its just too big. Doesn't feel right to me

Still rocking my G2X but if I can't adjust, might just sell the Samsung Gs2 and wait for something else.

You realize a dual core 1GHz phone will beat a single core 1.9 GHz right? (not to mention you'll have horrible battery life at that clock speed seeing as your battery was made for single core at 1GHz. And not every phone can handle the same overclock, you could get a MT4G that can't even handle past 1GHz without freezing and reboots.)

Two cores at 1GHz = 2GHz power

One core at 1.9 = 1.9 GHz power.

Plus if you get a custom rom on here you don't get reboots, at least if you get off the bad 2.3.3 ROMs, the only 2.3.3 ROM I would ever use is Bionix reloaded.

I'm 100% stable.

Sounds like someone didnt get their PSP for x-mas.... Lol ....its a phone and the mt4g beats the crap out of my GFs Mororola with dual core Tegra2.

I just come from mt4g and its a great phone. But I had to upgrade to g2x because ics development is pretty much at a stand still for that device and without ics there's no future for that phone. Everything hott has already been done on that phone. You're really taking a step backwards

Lol, I've had a PSP for a few years now, and of course YOU would think your phone is better than hers, get a second opinion from anyone and they will tell you that your phone is nothing compared to any dual core phone.

Well I had to wait one more day to pick up the mt4g, so still thinking it through, of course right when I am about to trade it I dont get reboots since I flashed stock, I did post an ad on craigslist to see if anyone wanted to trade their mt4g slide since that would be a better trade. I get reboots on all the custom roms, although gotta say the best rom I have used is Eaglesblood, hardly any reboots and decent gps

Alright to all you haters... someone offered me the Mytouch 4g slide, so im gonna take that and hopefully pick it up tonight. so happy lol
