Movistar startup logo oresent even after new custom rom flash help! Touch HD

Hello thread, I has hoping you could help me with my particular problem. I purchased a freed Htc touch HD phone from Movistar, i applied a Hard Spl and flashed a new rom aka leo rom.

My problem is that i still receive the Movistar startup logo before anything else, and then it become pixely and continues the boot, but again pixely, the only way to correct the screens is to turn off and on the screen, then its perfect.

1) Why does the pixel problem happen? even after hard reset

2) Why does the Movistar logo still appear, and how can i remove it or change it to a factory htc startup?

Please help! My sincere thanks in advance.

Update

I searched for a while and found out how to flash a different startup screen by using blackstoneRRUwrapper, worked like a charm.

But i still have a problem a few seconds after start up the screen become weird, the colors go crazy and it will go on this way until i just tap the screen off button, and turn the screen back on and it works fine, this is very bothersome. I would like to have a clean boot.
