You can try MIUI Screen Recorder and set the Audio-Source to System (internal).

But Microsoft Teams has a native cloud recording functionality if it is activated for your tenand. Check this help doc or ask your tenand admin.

I wanna do that by external recording because my "team" doesn't really gave me option to record
