Question MSM Restore - No Service?

I did an MSM restore from the modified T-Mo MSM (other ones say "invalid target IN") to prepare to sell/upgrade my OP9 and it's no longer capable of getting a signal. I've checked with other SIMs and other phones with my SIM. That all works. Something is up with my phone specifically.

I've tried flashing other ROMs, tried re-flashing NON-HLOS. I'm out of ideas at this point. Anyone have any ideas for me to try?

Well I have his same issue and your reply is exactly 1/3rd of the entire returned results of searching for "other posts there is fixes for this problem"
