You can use a downgrade zip for oxygen then flash color is zip in phone local update there are several threads

Is there a way that I can flash local updates without having the stock recovery? I have TWRP and is not letting me do anything it's showing zero files on my phone in TWRP even though I have a lot of files help me what can I do?
