Working:
Everything including Hotspot,USSD,Video Recording,GPS,Google Now etc. There are no bugs found at all till now.
This is free for Porting.


Instructions to Flash:
1.Boot into recovery (TWRP Recommended)
2.Go to Wipe>Advanced Wipe>Wipe dalvik cache,system ,cache and data.
3.Reboot Recovery Again.
4.Install CyanogenMod 12.1 vX.zip.
5.Wipe Cache & Dalvik and Reboot.
6.Reboot to Recovery Again.
7.Flash Gapps.
8.Wipe Cache & Dalvik and Reboot.
9.Reboot to Recovery Again.
10.Flash SuperSU.
11.Wipe Cache & Dalvik and Reboot.

Bro i can see that your TWRP is not the latest version...Use This Recovery

TWRP 2.8.7 Materialised

also be sure that u flash this on Spice MI509 only and make sure that u are running kitkat/Lollipop
Please Do not use any other recovery except this as i have tested on this version only.

Yep. It works on twrp 3. Thanks for this stable ROM. But there's a problem in twrp 3. Whenever I try to reboot from twrp, phone doesn't reboot. I have to remove the battery and then switch on the phone. So it would be good if you solve this bug.
BTW I know this is not the right place to discuss about twrp issues but still I an informing here...?
And thanks for making twrp 3 for this device..

Yep. It works on twrp 3. Thanks for this stable ROM. But there's a problem in twrp 3. Whenever I try to reboot from twrp, phone doesn't reboot. I have to remove the battery and then switch on the phone. So it would be good if you solve this bug.

One problem

The space available for apps becomes the internal storage and storage that was available of 891mb cannot be accessed and even I cannot change the default write disk.
Help me fixing this.

You can use Xposed module OBB on SD to change default write disk.
And for storage not accessible, its not a problem.
Device has emulated storage and don't expect it to be like one used in KitKat ROMs.
